3a. Telehealth & Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are provided for preliminary educational purposes and treatment planning only. They are not a substitute for an in-person medical evaluation. Final treatment eligibility will always require an in-person consultation and provider approval.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Deposits

FUE hair procedure appointments require a $1,000 deposit to secure.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 4 business days of the procedure date, no-shows, or arriving more than 45 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Exceptions (medical emergencies, airline cancellations, weather events, provider-initiated changes, or duplicate payments) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with written documentation.
Payment in full or financing arrangements must be completed no later than 4 business days prior to the procedure or with prior written approval.

5. Pricing & Financing

Pricing for treatments is provided transparently and may be updated at any time.
Financing options (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit) are subject to third-party approval. Revive is not responsible for financing decisions or agreements between you and the financing provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of Revive Men’s Hair Clinic or licensed third parties.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.
